Future Egypt

I started this piece a while ago, taking an photo of the Sphynx and pyramids and working around that. So I guess it could be considered a matte painting as well.

The idea here is that as time goes on and technology advances, hopefully mankind is still respectful of these ancient wonders, preserving them by not destroying them but working around them!
